About Us
Cook With Rupam Sehtya is one of India's leading food content platforms, creating family-friendly recipes, cooking tips, food reviews, and engaging culinary content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms. We are looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence and strengthen audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Content Planning & Strategy: Create and execute monthly social media content calendars.
· Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
· Research on trends to identify content opportunities and suggest new content formats and campaign ideas to increase reach and engagement.
· Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor content performance across platforms, prepare weekly and monthly reports covering content performance insights (reach, engagement) and recommend improvements based on data and analytics.
· Brand Collaborations Support: Coordinate with brands and agencies for campaign execution. Ensure deliverables are posted as per agreed timelines and track campaign performance and collaboration records.
· Trend & Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pages and industry trends. Identify viral content opportunities relevant to the food category and Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices.
· Team Coordination-Coordinate with the team ensuring smooth workflow from content ideation to publishing along with maintaining content archives and campaign documentation.
Required Skills
· 2–4 years of social media management experience.
· Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Shorts/Reels ecosystems.
· Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
· Basic understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
· Passion for food, cooking, and digital content(preferred)
· Experience working with creators, influencers, or food brands.
· Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio
· Understanding of SEO for YouTube and social media platforms,key Performance Indicators (KPIs),
