We are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager to manage our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, adapting our short episode content for each platform in a smart, native way.
What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day posting across platforms
- Set up and manage social media pages, including content creation tailored to each platform
- Conduct market research and provide ongoing industry updates
- Establish and manage LinkedIn pages for the company and its employees
- Adapt our content into the right formats (reels, posts, stories, shorts)
- Work hands-on with video – cut, edit, and adjust when needed
- Build and grow our community
- Engage with followers through comments and messages
- Test ideas, track performance, and improve over time
- Spot trends early and know what fits (and what doesn’t)
What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of social platforms (each one plays differently)
- Basic video editing skills
- Good eye for content and timing
- Comfortable working with AI tools
- Data-aware – you look at what works and learn fast
- Fluent English (US audience)
- Big plus: if you follow great creators and understand why they work.
