Role Description
We are currently looking for a full-time Personal Assistant / Research Assistant to support the Director on a live 3-month design and production project based in Hoi An, Vietnam, with potential for future long-term opportunities.
This is a hands-on role supporting the development of an innovative project bringing neuroarchitecture and the Metamorphia Method to Hoi An through spatial design, local culture, creative production, and storytelling.
The role is ideal for architecture or design graduates wanting real-world experience inside a fast-moving creative project.
Responsibilities include:
• Translation and communication between Vietnamese and English
• Managing schedules, meetings, and daily operations
• Supporting design research, sourcing, and project coordination
• Liaising with local suppliers, makers, contractors, and collaborators
• Organising documents, timelines, and production logistics
• Supporting creative direction, installations, and live project delivery
• Assisting with on-site coordination across design and media production
Qualifications:
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Confident using canva, scheduling tools, WhatsApp/Zalo
• Able to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving ability and initiative
• Interest in architecture, design, culture, media, or creative production
• Previous experience in admin, project coordination, or assistant roles preferred
This is an opportunity to work closely on a live innovative project at the intersection of neuroarchitecture, culture, and creative production while gaining hands-on experience within an international design environment.

Duration: Minimum 3 months (June–August)
