At Dot & Key, we’re on the hunt for a Social Media Lead who can turn skincare into scroll-stopping stories.
What you’ll do:
- Make our feeds impossible to ignore (think: Reels, memes, trends, and tiny moments of joy)
- Build a community that doesn’t just double-tap—but talks back
- Turn product drops into main character energy
- Collaborate with creators, influencers, and the occasional viral idea at 2 AM
- Decode what’s working, what’s not, and what’s about to blow up
You’re a fit if:
- You’ve got 3–6 years of social media magic under your belt
- You think in hooks, captions, and content calendars
- You know your way around Instagram better than your own camera roll
- You’re equal parts creative + analytical (yes, both)
- You believe skincare can be fun, not preachy
Bonus points if:
- You’ve made something go viral (and can explain why)
- You speak fluent meme
