We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Executive to bridge the gap between clients and our creative teams. In this role, you'll manage relationships, drive projects forward, and help transform ambitious briefs into impactful creative campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, including Creative, Design, Production, and Media.
- Understand client goals and translate them into clear, inspiring creative briefs and actionable project plans.
- Lead projects from kickoff to final delivery, ensuring smooth execution at every stage.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strategic problem-solving.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and project discussions with confidence and professionalism.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions before challenges arise.
- Ensure all deliverables align with the brief, meet quality standards, and exceed client expectations.
- Contribute strategic ideas and insights to enhance campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and ongoing collaborations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends across creative, branding, social media, and digital marketing.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience as an Account Executive, Project Coordinator, or similar client-facing role, preferably within a creative, advertising, or marketing agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Good understanding of creative processes, content production, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and highly client-focused.
- Experience with social media, digital, or integrated marketing campaigns is a plus.
