The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Luxury Social Media & Content Manager to shape the digital identity and global storytelling of KATZ Interiors.
This is a highly autonomous role for a creative professional who takes ownership rather than simply executing predefined tasks. You will not just manage social media accounts — you will define how an internationally recognized luxury design studio is presented to the world.
Working closely with our architects, designers, and project teams, you will have the creative freedom to develop a premium visual narrative around our projects, design process, and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Storytelling
- Transform architectural concepts, design details, construction progress, and completed luxury interiors into compelling visual stories.
- Create content that communicates the emotion, craftsmanship, and uniqueness behind each project.
Digital Ecosystem Management
- Develop and elevate KATZ Interiors’ presence across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Maintain a consistent luxury brand identity across all digital channels.
Campaign Development
- Create campaigns that increase global brand visibility and attract qualified enquiries from high-net-worth audiences.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with luxury positioning.
Content Production
- Coordinate premium photo and video productions.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, architects, designers, and project teams.
- Manage content creation from concept development through final delivery.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor content performance and audience engagement.
- Identify opportunities and continuously improve content strategy and creative direction.
Requirements
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital branding, or creative marketing.
- Experience within luxury interior design, architecture, premium real estate, hospitality, fashion, fine art, or other high-end industries is strongly preferred.
Skills & Qualifications
- Deep understanding of luxury branding and expectations of affluent global audiences.
- Exceptional visual taste and strong attention to detail.
- Advanced photo and video editing skills with a focus on premium visual presentation.
- Ability to independently manage projects, develop ideas, and execute creative strategies.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and digital storytelling.
Languages
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Russian proficiency is required.
