About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who sits at the intersection of content, community, and growth.
This is not a traditional “brand-only” social role- this person will be a core operator within the marketing team, responsible for driving engagement, awareness, and revenue through organic social, influencer partnerships, and content execution.
You will work closely with the Growth Team, Creative Team, and Marketing Leadership to build and execute a social strategy that hits our KPIs.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Own and execute Natura Market’s organic social presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin, etc), building a content strategy that drives engagement, growth, and conversion
- Plan and manage the content calendar in alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments
- Content Creation & Direction: Develop and produce high-performing content (short-form video, static posts, stories, etc.), either directly or in collaboration with the design team and content/UGC creators; briefing and guiding creative production, ensuring content aligns with brand, trends, and performance goals
- Influencer & Creator Partnerships: Own influencer strategy and execution, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and relationship management, building a scalable creator program that drives awareness and conversion (UGC, whitelisting, affiliate-style partnerships, etc.), managing campaign briefs, deliverables, and performance tracking for influencer campaigns
- Community Management: Manage day-to-day engagement across social platforms (comments, DMs, tags), building a strong and responsive brand voice, identifying opportunities to engage with customers, creators, and relevant communities to increase brand visibility
- Performance & Optimization: Track and analyze social and influencer performance, identifying what’s working and where to iterate, working closely with the growth team to feed high-performing organic and creator content into paid channels
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in social media, content, or influencer marketing within eCommerce or DTC brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including what drives engagement and growth on each platform
- Proven experience managing influencer or creator partnerships end-to-end
- Experience creating or directing short-form video content (UGC-style or brand content)
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with paid social and/or content whitelisting
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Experience working with affiliate or creator platforms
- Familiarity with wellness, food, or lifestyle categories
