Position: Social Media & Content Manager

We are looking for a senior-level Content & Social Media Lead to develop and manage strategic, high-quality digital content and social media communications across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the project’s social media communication strategy
- Ensure a strong and consistent presence across all relevant digital platforms
- Develop platform-specific content plans aligned with project goals and timelines
- Coordinate the full content production process from ideation to publishing
- Manage and coordinate production teams, creative contributors, and external collaborators throughout project implementation
- Maintain consistency in messaging, creative direction, and brand positioning
- Collaborate with creative teams, partners, and content creators throughout project implementation
- Identify content opportunities and engagement approaches to increase project visibility and reach
- Monitor content performance and optimize communication strategies to support project objectives
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all social media and content-related outputs throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in content, social media, or digital communications
- Strong expertise in content strategy, storytelling, and brand communication
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Experience managing content-driven projects independently
- Experience leading and managing production or creative teams
- Strong organizational and creative thinking skills
