We care heavily about aesthetics, fashion sensibility, visual storytelling, internet behavior, and culturally relevant creative direction, having a strong visual eye and an impressive portfolio is extremely important for this role.

This role sits at the intersection of:
strategy + storytelling + trends + culture + performance.

- Thinks in hooks, retention curves, virality loops, and audience psychology
- Can instantly break down why a reel worked (or failed)
- Understands how to build content at the intersection of fashion, community, and culture
- Studies engagement metrics and knows how to replicate and improve successful formats
- Naturally thinks in campaigns, narratives, formats, and visual worlds instead of random posts

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Owning end-to-end social media and content strategy across Instagram and digital platforms
- Building and executing high-performing content calendars across reels, stories, statics, launches, campaigns, and long-form formats
- Translating trends into brand-relevant, fashion-forward, high-impact content
- Conducting deep content audits to identify what’s working, what’s not, and why
- Studying engagement, retention, watch-time, audience behavior, and performance metrics to optimize content strategy
- Designing virality frameworks, not just posting content, but engineering growth and cultural relevance
- Creating strong concept notes, scripts, hooks, captions, storytelling arcs, and campaign narratives
- Collaborating with creators, editors, photographers, stylists, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Leading creator collaborations and influencer campaigns from ideation to execution
- Building and maintaining reference decks, moodboards, visual directions, and content playbooks
- Continuously experimenting with new formats, storytelling styles, and distribution strategies

- You are visually exceptional, with a portfolio that reflects premium creative taste, strong aesthetic judgment, and culturally relevant storytelling
- You have a strong understanding of fashion visuals, styling, internet aesthetics, branding, and content presentation
- You’re comfortable being on-camera when needed
- You bring both structured strategic thinking and strong creative instinct
- You’re reliable, content quality stays high and execution stays consistent

- Fashion, communication, styling, design, branding, media, luxury, or creative strategy backgrounds
- Institutes like NIFT, Pearl Academy, IIAD, Marangoni, or similar creative/design-focused environments
- Prior experience in fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, creator-led, or culture-first brands
- Strong visually-led portfolios featuring campaigns, editorials, content strategy, moodboards, storytelling work, or creative direction
Your Creative DNA (What We’re Really Looking For)
- Strong experience in social media strategy, content strategy, creative storytelling, or brand communication
- Proven ability to work across campaigns, creators, and multiple content formats
- Experience with influencer marketing and creator collaborations
- Ability to build strong pitch decks, campaign narratives, creative concepts, and storytelling frameworks
- A portfolio that reflects both strategic thinking and strong visual execution
