The Role
As Design Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development and trend direction through to final product execution. You’ll ensure collections align with brand identity while remaining commercially relevant and customer-focused.
You’ll work closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Leadership teams to deliver cohesive collections that resonate with the customer and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction and seasonal design strategy across categories
- Manage and mentor the design team, fostering creativity and collaboration
- Drive trend research, colour direction, fabric selection, and product development
- Ensure collections balance innovation, wearability, and commercial performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align product launches with broader brand initiatives
- Oversee fit, fabrication, and final product approvals to maintain quality standards
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to keep the brand relevant and aspirational
