Role Description
This is a full-time contract role for a Graphic Designer at Sprinter. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for helping bring our visual identity to life across eCommerce, social and marketing channels. You will be responsible for designing creative that supports performance and conversion while staying true to our brand guidelines.
If you understand how to translate a brand into compelling visuals and know how to design assets that drive both engagement and conversion, this role is for you.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing for eCommerce or DTC brands
- Strong understanding of performance-driven creative and visual storytelling
- Experience creating paid social, ecommerce, and marketing assets
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Familiarity with paid social, TikTok Shop, or ecommerce creative workflows is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design conversion-driven creative for tiktok shop, paid social ads, ecommerce pages, email, and social platforms
- Create visual assets for product launches, promotions, campaign concepts, and brand storytelling
- Turn marketing briefs into high-performing creative assets
- Design PDP graphics, ad creative, email modules, landing pages, and social graphics
- Collaborate with marketing, social commerce, and creative teams to support campaign execution and launch timelines
- Version and iterate creative for testing across hooks, headlines, formats, and layouts
- Organize and maintain design files, asset libraries, and templates to support efficient workflows
- Support creator and affiliate teams by producing visual assets that elevate UGC and creator content
- Contribute to ad hoc creative needs tied to launches, promotions, and social commerce initiatives
