Role Description
We are looking for a Social Media and Content Assistant to help manage and grow Denora’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and our blog. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Bangkok, requiring 3 days a week. We are a small and growing brand, so the role is very hands-on and collaborative. The ideal candidate enjoys social media, is comfortable creating and appearing in content, and has a natural sense of what performs well on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You will help plan and create content, suggest ideas for posts and videos, and assist in maintaining a consistent online presence. We are looking for someone proactive who enjoys experimenting with creative ideas and trends. This role will involve working closely with the team to film content, showcase products, and share behind-the-scenes moments. It is a relaxed and collaborative environment where ideas are encouraged and we work together to grow the brand’s online reach.
Responsibility
- Create photo and short form video content for Instagram and TikTok
- Assist with posting and managing content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the company blog
- Suggest creative ideas for posts, reels, and social media trends
- Write captions aligned with the brand’s tone
- Appear in or help film content when needed
- Engage with followers and maintain a friendly brand voice
- Support basic content planning and posting schedules
Qualifications
- Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Fluent in English
- Thai language skills are a plus but not required
- Basic photo and video editing skills for social media
- Creative mindset and interest in content creation
- Comfortable appearing in social media content
- Organized and able to meet posting timelines
- Portfolio or examples of social media work preferred. This may include professional experience or personal social media accounts where you create content.
