Basics
- A diploma or degree in Media, Communications, Visual Communication, Film, or a related creative field
- Strong competency in design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator — while we love CapCut and Procreate, we’re looking for solid skills with professional-grade tools.
- Skilled in mobile videography — from shooting to editing for mobile-first platforms
- Comfortable conceptualising, storyboarding, shooting, and editing end-to-end content
- A solid instinct for framing, pacing, transitions, and platform-specific humour
- Bonus points for photography, motion graphics, or simple animation skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting your work and ideas
- A true team player who collaborates well with creative and account teams
- Trend-aware without being trend-obsessed
- Fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome
