Production Coordinator Jobs in Wallington, England, United Kingdom at Pinksheep

Join Our Growing Team at Pinksheep!

Pinksheep is expanding rapidly! We partner with some of the world’s leading brands to deliver creative and sustainable merchandise solutions that make a difference. We believe effective merchandise campaigns convey the right message with the right products, sourced responsibly.

As we continue our exciting growth journey, we’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our friendly and ambitious team.

If you thrive on organisation, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and take pride in your attention to detail, this could be the perfect role for you. You will be integral in ensuring our clients’ orders run smoothly from start to finish and arrive on time by collaborating closely with both our clients and sales team.

Do you have a knack for spotting typos, love checking items off your to-do list, and enjoy keeping everything running smoothly in a busy setting? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing client orders throughout the production process from start to finish—no detail is too small!
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless order processing and on-time delivery, with flawless communication at every step.
  • Assisting the sales team with creating sales quotes for client projects, ensuring prompt and accurate quotations—we work as a close-knit team to impress our clients and convert orders!
  • Handling support tickets for clients and colleagues, providing top-tier service and keeping everyone in the loop—you’ll be the hero who gets things done!
  • Collaborating with our in-house warehouse team to make sure projects run smoothly and are delivered on time.
  • Eventually, you’ll coordinate merchandise campaigns for blue-chip brands, delivering primarily across Europe but also worldwide.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A competent administrator with at least one year of office experience and excellent computer skills. You must be able to work at pace while ensuring accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential. Experience in Microsoft teams is desirable.
  • Ability to navigate our bespoke CRM system to manage workflow effectively—training will be provided, but strong IT skills are essential.
  • An eagle eye for detail—accuracy is key!
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both colleagues and clients alike. You care about getting the job done right and take pride in your work.
  • A great team player with excellent communication abilities—you’ll work with various stakeholders daily and should be confident on the phone.
  • A calm, focused demeanour under pressure, able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and meet critical deadlines.
  • A willingness to be flexible with hours is essential; although this is a 9-5 role, we need team players who are willing to stay on to meet deadlines and get the job finished at times. This will be noticed and recognised.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  • Become part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, people-first environment where your ideas are valued, and no two days are the same.
  • Engage in team socials and well-being activities—from walks and yoga to after-work get-togethers. We value connection beyond the desk and offer Employee Assistance Programs along with a well-being platform for added perks and financial education.
  • After one year with us, you’ll receive company-funded life cover and Vitality Health Insurance, granting access to private healthcare and various wellness perks—our way of caring for your long-term health.
  • We believe in fair compensation for our team, so pay will be based on your experience and skills.

We take pride in being an equal opportunities employer and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. Sustainability is also at the heart of everything we do—from our teamwork to the products we supply to our clients. By joining us, you’ll be part of a company that values people and the planet in equal measure.
