About the Role: TRZO Global is seeking a highly creative and scrappy Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor to build and elevate our brand's digital presence. Success in this position looks like consistently delivering high-quality, engaging short-form video content that tells the TRZO story, highlights our textile designs, and drives audience growth. You will be the creative engine behind our social channels, taking ownership of everything from brainstorming to the final edit.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to build brand awareness.
- Develop creative visual strategies to showcase our textile designs, product samples, and aesthetics without relying on direct manufacturing or factory footage (e.g., design show-offs, digital mockups, and stylistic lifestyle shoots).
- Create and post casual, daily "Story" content to keep the audience engaged with the brand's day-to-day journey and design process.
- Manage the end-to-end video production workflow, ensuring all content is edited cleanly, paced well, and optimized for current social media algorithms and trends.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to align content strategy with brand goals and promotional cycles.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media content creation and video editing (please provide a portfolio, reel, or links to active social accounts you manage).
- High proficiency with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) and native in-app social media tools.
- A strong eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling, especially within the fashion, textile, or streetwear spaces.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment where you have the freedom to test new ideas.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn a basic concept into a polished piece of content.
Compensation: This is a freelance, performance-driven role utilizing a revenue-share/percentage-based compensation model. We offer a generous percentage of revenue generated from social-driven conversions (specifics to be discussed during the interview process), allowing you to directly profit from the growth and engagement you bring to the brand.
