About The Role
We are seeking a talented Mediengestalter / Grafik Designer (m/w/d) to join our creative team at ROBEL Bahnbaumaschinen GmbH in Freilassing. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our visual communication and strengthening our brand identity across all channels. Your primary focus will be the development and consistent application of our corporate design, ensuring that our visual presence aligns with our strategic objectives. You will work on a variety of projects including print, digital media, trade shows, and marketing campaigns, contributing to the global recognition of our brand. Your creativity and technical skills will help convey our innovative solutions in the rail industry, making a tangible impact on our market presence and customer engagement.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a completed education or degree in graphic or communication design, complemented by several years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within B2B or industrial environments. You should have excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, along with basic knowledge of video and image editing tools. Experience in conceptualizing and producing photo and video content is essential, as well as a proven track record of adhering to corporate design guidelines and brand standards. Strong creative thinking, structured working methods, and a commitment to quality are vital. Fluency in both German and English is required to effectively communicate within our international team and with global partners.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a cohesive corporate design across all communication channels, ensuring brand consistency in print, digital, exhibition, and campaign materials. You will conceptualize and create marketing and sales-related visuals tailored to our international B2B audience, translating strategic requirements into compelling design solutions that resonate with target groups. Additionally, you will design layouts, visual themes, and visual systems that enhance our brand image. Planning, executing, and overseeing photo and video productions, including shootings, image concepts, and simple motion content, will also be part of your role. Close collaboration with internal departments and external agencies will be essential to ensure project success and alignment with brand standards.
