We are looking for someone who understands Instagram, fashion content, influencer collaborations, storytelling, and brand growth.
Role Overview
We are hiring a creative and experienced Social Media & Brand Marketing Executive to manage DELAN’s social media presence, grow the brand on Instagram, plan content, coordinate with influencers, and build engaging storytelling around our collections.
Responsibilities
- Manage DELAN’s Instagram and maintain a consistent brand image.
- Plan reels, stories, posts, launches, campaigns, and collection drops.
- Build storytelling around products, prints, fabrics, silhouettes, and styling.
- Work on Instagram growth through trends, reels strategy, and audience engagement.
- Create and manage the monthly content calendar.
- Write captions, story copies, campaign lines, and product-focused content.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, stylists, models, and photographers.
- Handle influencer outreach, follow-ups, negotiations, and deliverables.
- Plan UGC content, barter collaborations, paid collaborations, and brand campaigns.
- Track social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, fashion trends, and competitor content.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, or fashion marketing.
- Must have prior experience working with a clothing, fashion, or apparel brand.
- Experience with a fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brand is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, stories, trends, and audience engagement.
- Good sense of fashion, styling, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Creative, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of social media insights and analytics.
