Social Media Manager — Yatts (Part-Time Contract)
Yatts is the booking platform redefining how tattoo clients discover and connect with artists. We're building something the industry has never had — and we need a Social Media Manager to own our channels, grow our community, and help define the Yatts brand voice from the ground up.
Part-Time · ~15–20 hrs/wk · $1,200–$2,000/mo · Remote
What You'll Own:
- Manage and grow Yatts' presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms
- Build and execute monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, events, and campaigns
- Track performance metrics (follower growth, engagement rate, reach, impressions) and deliver monthly analytics reports
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes and platform trends to keep our content sharp
- Collaborate with our Brand Influencer and Script Writer to ensure cohesive, on-brand output
- Lead social campaigns around key activations — tattoo conventions, Demo Day (SF, April 22), and beyond
You're the Right Fit If You:
- Have proven social media management experience with measurable results to show for it
- Are proficient with scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar)
- Know how to build a content calendar from scratch for a mobile app targeting Gen Z
- Have experience working with or managing influencers and creators
- Can move fast, think strategically, and operate independently in a lean startup environment
What to Expect in the Application: You'll be asked about your platform experience, a campaign you managed with real metrics, your tool proficiency, how you'd build a 30-day content calendar for a new mobile app, and your influencer/creator collaboration experience.
