Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media role based in Jakarta. The Social Media specialist will manage and grow SweetEscape’s presence across key social platforms by planning and publishing engaging content, responding to community interactions, and monitoring brand conversations. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to develop campaigns, translating brand messages into creative social content, and aligning social activities with broader marketing initiatives. Daily responsibilities also involve tracking performance metrics, optimizing content based on data, and staying up to date with platform trends and best practices to enhance audience engagement and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Content Creation skills, with the ability to develop visually compelling and brand-aligned posts, stories, and short-form videos.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, including campaign support, basic analytics, and audience growth strategies.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills in English (and Indonesian preferred), with attention to tone, clarity, and grammar.
- Experience with working with influencers from sourcing, negotiating, creating content and maintaining relationship
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, scheduling platforms).
- 1–3 years of experience in a social media, content, or digital marketing role, ideally in consumer tech, creative, or lifestyle industries.
- Ability to work on-site in, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated interest in photography, visual storytelling, or the creator economy is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
