The role:
We are seeking a Social & Conversational Marketing Specialist for Mondarine’s Marketing team, responsible for planning, producing, and managing social media presence and conversational marketing initiatives across organic social, community engagement, and messaging channels.
The role focuses on building Mondarine’s voice and community across social platforms, creating scroll-stopping content that inspires travel, and driving engagement and connection through authentic, on-brand conversations with our audience.
What will you do?
- Plan, ideate, and produce content assets including social posts, short-form video, stories, and community responses across relevant platforms
- Own the social content calendar end-to-end, from concept and creation to scheduling, publishing, and performance analysis
- Write and adapt copy across formats — captions, DMs, comments, reviews, and campaign messaging
- Manage conversational touchpoints including community management, inbox responses, and automated messaging flows
- Collaborate with the design, content and product marketing teams to align social content with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments
Who you are?
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably from an agency environment
- Native-level English speaker with a strong instinct for tone, voice, and platform-native writing
- A natural ideator – you come to the table with concepts, not just execution
- Hands-on experience creating visual and written content, including basic graphic design or video editing
- Passionate about travel, storytelling, and building genuine connections with an audience
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
