We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis in New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our e-commerce operations by ensuring our online platforms deliver a seamless and engaging user experience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will focus on maintaining and optimizing site content, product listings, and promotional materials to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage day-to-day functionality of e-commerce websites, ensuring all content and features are accurate and up-to-date.
• Execute strategic initiatives to optimize site performance and support growth opportunities.
• Organize and present website content, including product uploads, pricing updates, and category page builds.
• Coordinate and implement content changes such as homepage updates, banners, and promotional codes in alignment with marketing plans.
• Brief and oversee new content requests to support merchandising and marketing efforts.
• Set up and manage promotional campaigns, including coupon creation and discount execution.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in product listings, such as pricing errors or fulfillment issues.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities for site enhancements.
• Test and execute merchandising setups within Salesforce Commerce Cloud to maximize online assortment and traffic.

• Proficiency in backend development and content management systems (CMS).
• Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
• Strong skills in database management and e-commerce platforms, such as eBay.
• Ability to execute brand awareness initiatives and campaign planning.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Familiarity with customer service processes and design controls.
• Detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of competitive markets and digital merchandising techniques.
