NEW ROLE: Social Content Producer
London / Hybrid

We’re partnering with a leading creative agency to find a Social Content Producer to join a high-performing team working across a flagship FMCG account.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume production role focused on delivering social-first content at scale. You’ll be at the centre of a busy, always-on account, overseeing the production and delivery of 150–200 assets per month, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, on time, and to a consistently high standard.
The role
You’ll own the end-to-end production process for always-on social content, working closely with creative, strategy, client services, creators, editors and designers to keep delivery running smoothly across multiple workstreams.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-output environment, enjoys building structure and process, and knows how to scale content production without compromising quality.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the delivery of 150–200 social assets per month across multiple platforms and formats
- Building and maintaining production schedules, workflows and delivery timelines
- Coordinating internal teams, freelancers, creators and external partners
- Overseeing content production from briefing through to final delivery
- Managing budgets, resource allocation and production efficiency
- Ensuring all assets meet platform specs and client requirements
- Identifying opportunities to optimise processes and improve delivery at scale
- Acting as the key production point of contact across multiple workstreams
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Producer role within a social, digital or integrated agency
- Proven experience managing high-volume content production
- Strong understanding of social-first creative and platform requirements
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines and priorities
- Calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
