Job Overview
We are looking for a Videographer & Social Media Coordinator to capture high-quality educational content and manage our digital presence. In this role, you will handle the entire video production process, from setting up the studio and recording our experts to editing the final footage. Additionally, you will repurpose this content to create, edit, schedule, and update engaging posts across our social media platforms to grow our online community.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Production: Operate professional camera and audio equipment to record clean, and engaging talking-head educational content.
- Environment & Setup: Transform everyday spaces into professional shooting environments by staging the background, setting up professional lighting, and ensuring a quiet audio environment.
- Post-Production: Handle all video editing tasks, including cutting the footage, applying color correction, cleaning up the audio, and exporting the final deliverables.
- Social Media Management: Extract engaging short-form clips from our long-form courses, write compelling captions, and publish posts across our social media channels.
- Platform Coordination: Schedule content, update social media profiles, monitor channel activity, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Requirements
- Equipment Proficiency: Proven experience confidently operating a complete professional setup, including professional-grade cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and reliable audio recording gear.
- Editing Proficiency: Strong skills in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Social Media Savvy: Proven experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts with a solid understanding of current algorithms and format trends (e.g., Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn posts).
- Copywriting Skills: Ability to write clear, engaging, and professional English captions and social media copy to accompany your video and image posts.
- Attention to Detail: An eye for staging a clean background on set, paired with excellent organizational skills for managing a social media content calendar.
