About A.L.C.
A.L.C. was founded in 2008 by sought-after celebrity stylist Andrea Lieberman to address a multi-generational need for accessible, high-quality capsule wardrobing. The Los Angeles-based, women-led brand hails from New York, making it fluent in fast-paced living with a confident, laid-back attitude. Since its inception, A.L.C. has established a unique proposition as a design-led organization offering considered classics with a modern twist, empowering women to enhance their personal style. Innovative use of textures, unique silhouettes with bold details, and a modern take on timeless tailoring, are just a few of the elements that define the brand every season. Each collection is built on a foundation of exclusive fabrications, best-in-class construction, and thoughtful creative collaborations.
Role Overview:
A.L.C is seeking a brand-first associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support shaping and elevating A.L.C.’s brand identity across social channels and community. In cross-functional partnership with creative & marketing, you will support driving the development of effective strategies that marry brand, creative & results.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience. Must be highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative. A self-starter, who is solution-oriented, interested in customer data and comms planning, and above all — a champion of the creative process and building strategies that lead to compelling work.
Responsibilities:
· Partner with the Director of Social & Community to develop and scale A.L.C.'s social media strategy across active and emerging platforms — optimizing existing channels, testing new ones, and ensuring all efforts ladder up to broader business and brand goals.
· Oversee day-to-day management of social accounts and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, best-in-class platform management, and cross-functional alignment across retail, partnerships, influencer, and merchandising.
· Support long-range planning and actionable growth strategies for priority platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube), while evaluating new platforms based on opportunity.
· Collaborate with creative and marketing partners to implement social best practices, produce engaging content, and maintain consistency through templates, guides, and systems.
· Support monthly creative reporting with actionable insights, integrating performance data into broader campaigns to inform data-driven content decisions.
· Partner with the Director of Social & Community and VP of Creative & Marketing on Community Programs — from talent identification to content needs and recommendations — and support ideation of community-first activations that drive growth.
· Identify first-to-market opportunities (AR, VR, innovative formats) and stay ahead of competitor activity, emerging trends, and platform developments — translating them into relevant, on-brand content opportunities.
· Manage content execution flow to ensure timely delivery, proactively finding efficiencies and maximizing content opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and community networks to inform tailored influencer strategies and shape a robust community presence.
· Remain informed on social performance through internal teams. Analyze insights, highlight trends and make recommendations based on data.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in brand and influencer marketing in a creative-first environment.
· TikTok native with deep fluency across all major social platforms as an avid, everyday user.
· Extensive background in the content creator economy, ensuring creativity and community remain at the forefront.
· Strong grasp of authentic, non-corporate brand voice to build authentic, relevant, interactive consumer relationships.
· Proven ability to manage multiple platforms, stakeholders, and communities while keeping strategies aligned and goals on track.
· Proactive, solutions-oriented thinker with strong creative and critical thinking skills.
· Collaborative team player and self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and drives teams toward results.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating content for C-Suite presentations.
· Experience with content management and/or social media analytics tools is a plus.
