About the Company
We are looking for a Senior Product & Marketing Designer to join our creative/product team and work on our social casino product.
About the Role
You will design across product, live ops, monetization, CRM, and marketing. The work includes product features, promotions, events, offer flows, banners, popups, landing pages, and marketing assets. This is a hands-on role. You will work closely with the Creative Director and other teams to turn ideas into clear, polished, on-brand design. There is room for creative input, but this is not a solo creative lead role. We need someone who can take direction well, work with others, and deliver strong work quickly. AI is part of our daily workflow, so experience using AI tools for design, concepting, image generation, and faster production is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design product features, campaigns, offers, events, and marketing assets.
- Create clean UI for mobile and desktop web.
- Develop visuals for missions, tournaments, rewards, and promotions.
- Use AI tools to explore ideas and speed up production.
- Work with product, CRM, marketing, content, and development teams.
- Prepare polished, production-ready design files.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional design experience.
- Strong portfolio with product, game UI, marketing, or campaign work.
- Experience in iGaming, social casino, casual gaming, mobile games, or another digital product.
- Strong UI, layout, typography, color, and visual design skills.
- Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comfortable working fast, taking feedback, and handling several tasks at once.
- Good understanding of how design supports engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization.
Required Skills
