Job Responsibilities:

1. Social media operation: positioning and construction of multi brand social media images; Developing a multi brand collaborative mechanism; Preparation of annual and quarterly social media operation strategies; Annual and quarterly social media platform trend insights and strategy development; Fan interaction construction on various social media platforms; Interactive maintenance and public opinion management; Develop management measures for local new media accounts of the three major brands; Fully empower the interactive operation of local new media accounts; Timely response to crisis public relations management and voice mechanism; Timely respond to major communication nodes of various brands and collaborate;

2. Interactive operation: Develop a live streaming operation mechanism and management standards; Regularly carry out live streaming operations guided by clues as the core; Develop live streaming theme activities annually, quarterly, and monthly; Empowering regional distributors through live streaming and standardizing management; Construction of digital tools for clue management; Construction of digital tools for dealer management; Short video operation based on clues and exposure orientation; Normalize the development of short video operation strategies and effectiveness improvement plans;

3. Content operation: official website content experience and conversion support; Content editing and social media creative content production; Management and updating methods for digital content libraries of various brands; KOL and partner content ecosystem construction; Timely respond to the creative needs of various brand content;

4. Traffic operation: paid advertising and natural traffic operation; Develop annual and quarterly advertising strategies; Normalized clues, content exposure, and conversion efficiency improvement strategies; Provide timely optimization suggestions for advertising materials and content; Development of content monitoring and advertising effectiveness reports;

Job requirements/Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, new media, advertising, public relations, or related fields;

2. More than 5 years of experience in branding, public relations, communication, or digital marketing, with practical experience in online marketing in the local market;

3. Familiar with the social media ecosystem, sensitive to short videos, community operations, and online communication trends;

4. Solid content planning skills and creative thinking, with English content writing and localization abilities;

5. Proficient in using commonly used social media management tools and basic design software;

6. Fluent in English;

7. Priority consideration is given to understanding the new energy vehicle industry or overseas brands.
