Junior Creative Designer (healthcare)
-12 month contract to start with ability to extend or covert full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and visual impact
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing and internal-facing videos, including storyboarding, basic editing, and motion graphics support
- Transform business updates and metrics into compelling visual storytelling assets (e.g., weekly wins, campaign highlights, executive summaries)
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to understand messaging needs and translate them into creative deliverables
- Maintain brand consistency across all content, ensuring alignment with CVS Health guidelines
- Support quick-turn creative requests in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Contribute creative ideas to elevate storytelling, engagement, and overall design quality
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or marketing creative roles (internships included)
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with an eye for layout, typography, and storytelling
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro) or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging content
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting corporate marketing or internal communications teams
- Familiarity with storytelling frameworks or content narrative development
- Exposure to tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar visual platform
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple deliverables
