Key Responsibilities
- Receive and analyze briefs from the Account and Sales teams to understand client objectives, target audiences, and project requirements
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to develop creative, strategic, and feasible ideas
- Develop event concepts, storyboards, scripts, and presentation materials to ensure engaging and consistent event experiences
- Prepare and present creative proposals that effectively communicate ideas and deliver compelling solutions to clients
- Collaborate closely with the Account and Production teams to ensure creative concepts are executed as intended
- Stay up to date with market trends, consumer insights, and industry innovations to continuously improve creative quality and service offerings
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Creative Planner or in a similar role
- Good understanding of marketing, events, advertising, and branding
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify market trends and consumer insights
- Professional working proficiency in English is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; basic design skills are a plus
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop concepts, storyboards, and event scripts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Client-focused mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Good analytical, planning, and time management skills
- Understanding of branding, experiential marketing, and event activation principles
