The role
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join 21 Stories, a creative marketing agency where social, PR, digital and design come together as one.
At 21 Stories, we don’t work in silos. We operate like a creative think tank, crafting ideas that live across content, campaigns, media kits and physical experiences. From a social post to a pop-up space, every touchpoint tells a story.
This role is ideal for someone who is strong in execution but thinks beyond design — someone who can translate ideas into beautiful, effective work, while contributing creatively to campaigns.

What You'll Do
Content Creation
- Conceptualise, create and produce engaging social-first content (Reels, TikToks, carousels, GIFs, statics)
- Translate brand messaging into compelling visual formats optimised for digital platforms
Creative Execution (Campaigns)
- Work closely with the team to develop creative directions for campaigns
- Execute key visual outputs across campaign touchpoints: digital, social and on-ground
- Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables
Design & Production
- Design a wide range of assets across digital and physical formats
- Design and support the development of media kits, packaging, and experiential/event design (e.g. pop-ups, installations, displays)
- Liaise with vendors where required to ensure designs are executed accurately
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a creative/design role (agency experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and executional excellence
- Proficient in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro)
- Comfortable with photography and videography (DSLR or equivalent)
- Knowledge of 3D / spatial design (e.g. SketchUp, 3d Max) is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of social media formats and trends
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage timelines independently
