Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Damansara.
The Senior Creative will lead the conceptualisation, execution, and production of high-quality creative content for social media and digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong creative vision, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in content creation, photography, videography, and campaign execution.
The ideal candidate is capable of managing multiple creative projects, leading junior team members, handling client communications, and ensuring all creative outputs align with brand identity and marketing objectives. This position also requires the ability to step in and provide operational coverage for team members when needed.
Key Responsibilities1. Creative Strategy & Content Development
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for social media and digital platforms.
- Produce engaging visual content aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging creative techniques.
- Contribute innovative ideas that improve audience engagement and brand visibility.
2. Photography, Videography & Content Production
- Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots for social media campaigns and marketing materials.
- Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and production tools efficiently.
- Edit and enhance photos and videos using industry-standard software.
- Ensure all visual outputs maintain high creative and technical standards.
3. Leadership & Team Support
- Lead and guide junior creatives during content production and campaign execution.
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and creative direction to team members.
- Assist in coordinating production schedules and workflow management.
- Cover and support staff responsibilities during absences or high-demand periods.
4. Client & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with clients to understand campaign goals, brand direction, and creative expectations.
- Present ideas and creative solutions professionally and confidently.
- Collaborate with account executives, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
5. Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and campaign timelines.
- Organise and maintain creative assets and production files.
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in accordance with brand standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior creative, content production, or agency-related role.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- Strong creative direction, visual storytelling, and content production skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and perform efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Creative Multimedia, Photography, Videography, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or branding is an added advantage.
Salary Remuneration
The monthly salary for this position ranges from RM4,200 to RM5,000, depending on the candidate’s experience, creative portfolio, technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and overall suitability for the role.
