Wyre Solutions is a UK-based, independently owned IFS Specialised Partner. Founded in 2011, we help organisations get more value from their ERP investment through IFS Cloud implementations, upgrades, support, managed services, reporting and digital transformation.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Brand and Creative Designer to take ownership of the Wyre Solutions visual identity and produce professional creative work across digital, print, presentations, events, video and web.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, remote-first role within the Wyre Solutions marketing team.
The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day delivery of creative work across multiple formats while maintaining a clear and consistent visual identity across all Wyre Solutions communications.
You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to turn technical and commercial information into clear, professional materials for customers, prospects, partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design sales collateral, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, email visuals and website assets.
- Create event and exhibition materials, including banners, backdrops, signage, booth graphics and other large-format designs.
- Produce and edit product videos, service overview videos and other marketing content, including motion graphics and simple animation.
- Maintain and develop brand guidelines, templates and visual standards across digital and printed materials.
- Turn technical information into clear, professional and visually effective creative materials.
- Prepare production-ready artwork for digital, print and large-format use.
- Organise and maintain editable files, presentation templates and brand assets.
- Manage multiple design requests, deadlines and feedback while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Coordinate with printers, production suppliers and external creative partners where required.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Three or more years of professional design experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
- A strong portfolio covering brand design, digital and print materials, presentations, event graphics and video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Figma AI, and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, including creating and managing Slide Masters, presentation templates and layouts.
- Experience producing and editing product videos, service overview videos and other marketing content, including motion graphics and simple animation.
- Experience designing event and exhibition materials and preparing production-ready artwork for digital, print and large-format use.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
- Good understanding of accessibility and design best practices across digital and printed materials.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple design requests, deadlines and feedback.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within a remote-first team.
Desirable
- Exposure to website and landing page design.
- Exposure to enterprise B2B software, technology or professional services.
- Understanding of UX principles and how they apply to websites, landing pages and digital content.
- Experience designing email templates for marketing campaigns.
- Experience using email marketing or campaign delivery platforms.
Creative Technology Stack
Proficiency in the following is required:
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Figma and Figma AI
- Microsoft Office, including advanced PowerPoint and Slide Master skills
