Someone who’s as passionate about craft as they are about concept. Someone who can shape stories through design and bring powerful campaigns to life with heart, style, and precision.
What You’ll Do
- Bring creative concepts to life through smart, striking visual executions
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams
- Push ideas further, challenge the ordinary, and fight for the "hell yes"
- Keep an eye on trends, but stay loyal to the idea
- Lead visual direction across multiple platforms—TV, digital, print, OOH
What We’re Looking For
- A strong portfolio that showcases your versatility, craft, and conceptual thinking
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an agency environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—Figma is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle feedback with grace
- A curious mind, a team player attitude, and a sharp design instinct
