About Midnight Riviera
Midnight Riviera is an events and experiences brand developed by Tiki Twist LLC.
We create unique social, hospitality, entertainment, and experiential concepts designed to bring people together through memorable experiences. As we grow, we're looking for an entrepreneurial leader to help develop new concepts, build partnerships, execute events, and expand the brand.
What You'll Do
• Develop and launch new event and experience concepts
• Identify venues, vendors, sponsors, and partnership opportunities
• Coordinate event planning and execution
• Build relationships across hospitality, entertainment, and events industries
• Create and manage social media content
• Support marketing, audience growth, and brand awareness
• Help drive revenue through partnerships and event opportunities
• Contribute to the long term growth and direction of Midnight Riviera
What We're Looking For
• Experience in events, hospitality, marketing, entertainment, partnerships, nightlife, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Creative thinker who enjoys building new concepts and experiences
• Social media content creation experience is a plus
Compensation
This is a performance based opportunity.
Compensation includes significant profit sharing potential tied to event success and business growth. Details will be discussed with qualified candidates.
