At Impact International, we design and deliver end-to-end retail marketing solutions across Europe — from eye-catching displays to full shop-in-shop concepts and shopfitting projects. To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a (Senior) Project Manager to take ownership of delivering these projects to the highest standard.
The role
As Project Manager, you are the central hub of each project — balancing creativity, technical feasibility, timelines, and budgets.
You’ll lead projects from initial briefing through to production and international roll-out, ensuring everything runs smoothly across design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing projects end-to-end: from concept and design through to production and rollout
- Overseeing technical feasibility, planning, logistics, and profitability
- Supporting quotations, cost calculations, and technical specifications
- Coordinating the full supply chain (design, engineering, production, installation)
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Safeguarding timelines, budgets, quality, and margins
- Travelling across Europe when required to oversee delivery and installations
What you bring
- HBO / Bachelor’s level (e.g. Industrial Product Design or similar)
- 3–5+ years’ experience in project management within:
- retail environments
- shopfitting / interior construction
- displays / brand activations
- Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Strong technical understanding of materials and production processes (plastics, metal, wood)
- Ability to translate creative ideas into practical, buildable solutions
- Experience with SolidWorks (preferred) and basic Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
