About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and culturally fluent Brand Director to lead a high-profile tech account across social, content, and integrated production. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative storytelling, and platform-native execution—driving work that is both insight-led and culturally relevant.
You’ll partner closely with creative, production, strategy, and client teams to shape brand narratives, oversee campaign development, and ensure all outputs ladder up to clear business and brand objectives. This is a leadership role for someone who understands how modern brands show up in social-first ecosystems—and how to push them forward.
What You’ll Do
Brand & Strategic Leadership
- Own and evolve the brand voice, positioning, and messaging across all social and digital touchpoints
- Translate business objectives into actionable creative and content strategies
- Lead the development of integrated campaigns, social franchises, and always-on content ecosystems
- Bring a deep understanding of the tech landscape, audience behaviors, and cultural trends
Creative & Production Oversight
- Partner with Creative Directors and Producers to guide concepts from idea through execution
- Ensure work is platform-native, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand standards
- Provide clear, actionable feedback that elevates creative quality and effectiveness
- Balance big campaign thinking with fast-paced, reactive social content
Client Leadership
- Serve as a senior strategic partner and trusted advisor to client stakeholders
- Lead brand conversations, presentations, and key milestones with confidence
- Navigate complex feedback and align multiple stakeholders toward a clear vision
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with strategy, social, influencer, and production teams to deliver cohesive work
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering strong brand thinking across disciplines
- Help define workflows that support both speed and creative excellence
Performance & Optimization
- Partner with analytics teams to measure performance and optimize content strategies
- Use data, insights, and testing to continuously refine brand storytelling and execution
What You Bring
- 8–12+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative, or account leadership within an agency or in-house team
- Strong experience working on tech brands and understanding of the innovation landscape
- Deep expertise in social-first storytelling, content ecosystems, and platform behaviors (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills
- Experience working within fast-paced production environments (always-on + campaign work)
- A balance of strategic thinking and creative instinct
Nice to Have
- Experience with product marketing and launches in the tech space
- Background in influencer or creator-led campaigns
- Familiarity with emerging platforms, AI-driven content, or new media formats
