Summary

The Remote Project Manager supports U.S.-based client accounts from an overseas location, providing reliable project coordination, documentation, workflow management, and production support across active campaign workstreams. This role is a critical operational partner to the Account Services team, keeping projects on track, assets organized, and internal processes running smoothly across time zones. Expected Billability: 60%

Essential Functions And Duties

Project Coordination: 70%

  • Manage day-to-day project tasks, timelines, and deliverable tracking across assigned project
  • Maintain and update project work plans in asana, ensuring tasks, owners, and due dates are current
  • Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors to keep workstreams moving
  • Draft, organize, and manage project documentation including briefs, status reports, meeting notes, and approval logs
  • Track project budgets and flag scope or timeline risks to the lead Account Manager
  • Support invoice review, vendor documentation, and approval workflows
  • Prepare agendas and follow-up summaries for client and internal meetings
  • Conduct research, audits, and competitive analyses to support strategy development
  • Maintain organized shared file libraries across SharePoint and project management platforms

Campaign Production Support: 30%

  • Support the coordinate ad trafficking workflows including asset collection, QA checklists, and platform setup support
  • Track creative production schedules and flag delays to the account lead
  • Manage version control and organize creative assets throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Support translation and localization coordination for Spanish-language and multicultural campaigns
  • Assist with basic design tasks including ad resizing, social asset formatting, and deck production using Canva or Adobe Express
  • Ensure all deliverables meet platform specs, brand standards, and cultural relevance requirements
  • Support administrative needs by the account services teams

DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY

  • Manages assigned project tasks within approved scope and timeline
  • Makes day-to-day coordination decisions within established campaign parameters

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Must maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with Pacific Time (PT) business hours during the standard work week
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, professional remote workspace required
  • Responsive within agreed communication windows via Microsoft Teams and email

Education And Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management, marketing, communications, or account coordination
  • Experience supporting multicultural marketing, community engagement, or social impact campaigns strongly preferred
  • Background working with U.S.-based clients or agencies a plus
  • Familiarity with digital advertising production and/or ad trafficking workflows preferred

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Strong written English communication skills; ability to produce clear, professional documentation
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple simultaneous workstreams
  • Proactive communicator who surfaces issues early and proposes solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required
  • Experience with Asana or comparable project management platform required
  • Familiarity with Scoro, HubSpot, or SharePoint preferred
  • Basic to intermediate design skills in Canva or Adobe Express required; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally relevant communications
