Role Overview:

Working within a fast-paced integrated communications agency like Alsayegh Worldwide

requires a high level of ownership, precision, and accountability — particularly when managing

healthcare and public sector accounts.

The Account Manager plays a critical role in managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring

seamless delivery across campaigns, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy,

sensitivity, and compliance in all communications.

This role requires strong coordination across internal teams and client stakeholders, the ability

to navigate structured approval processes, and the maturity to operate in environments where

messaging carries significant responsibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Stakeholder Management

● Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for assigned healthcare accounts.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across multiple

functions.

● Manage expectations proactively, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and

approvals.

● Support senior team members in handling complex stakeholder environments and

escalations.

Campaign and Project Management

● Manage execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, and corporate

communications.

● Translate client briefs into clear, structured internal briefs for cross-functional teams.

● Track timelines closely and ensure all deliverables are submitted accurately and on

schedule.

● Maintain strict quality control across all outputs, particularly in sensitive or regulated

content.

Content & Compliance Oversight

● Ensure all communications adhere to healthcare regulations, brand guidelines, and

approval protocols.

● Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to manage multi-layered

approval processes.

● Ensure messaging is accurate, patient-centric, and aligned with the required tone and

sensitivity.

Internal Coordination

● Coordinate with creative, content, social, and production teams to ensure alignment.

● Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders to avoid delays or misalignment.

● Support efficient workflow management across multiple concurrent projects.

Operational Excellence

● Maintain strong documentation across projects, including timelines, feedback, and

approvals.

● Identify potential risks or delays early and escalate where required.

● Support reporting and campaign performance tracking.

Requirements & Skills:

● 4–6 years of experience in account management within an agency environment.

● Proven experience managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.

● Prior experience on healthcare, hospital, or public sector accounts is highly

preferred.

● Strong client management skills, with exposure to mid-to-senior level stakeholders.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic and English preferred).

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.

● Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy.

● Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership.
