The role is to provide within the guidance of PMC’s operating plan, provide leadership to the PMC team to ensure full utilization of the Factory’s production capacity by producing and reviewing the production plans, collaborating with DOC and sister plants to balance capacity order loading, and liaise with DOC Material to ensure timely supply of high quality sub-materials are delivered to production and utilized in a cost effective manner, in order to achieve the Plant’s OTD, efficiency, and cost targets; Ensure import / export processes are carried out smoothly within schedule. 💼 Role: Production & Material Control (PMC) Manager – Garment Manufacturing
What You'll Do:
- Long term planning: Develop the Long-Term Planning (rolling 6 months at Plant-level) through collaboration with DOC, Country Head, Central Planner, Factory PMC Manager, and Factory GM.
- Adjustments: Review order loading status on a weekly basis with DOC and plan for adjustments if needed (e.g. order transfer, pre-production, etc.). Collaborate with Country Head, Central Planner, Factory PMC Manager & Factory GM to plan for future capacity adjustments if needed.
- Program Order Loading: Adjust program order schedules (pre-produce to fill valleys and reduce quantities to peaks) based on balancing the risk of changing program order schedules with the overall impact of the peaks and valleys.
- Production Status Monitoring: Monitor pre-production and production status to quickly identify possible deviations from the plan. Work with DOC and PMC Manager & GM in Factory to make the required adjustments to maintain on-time delivery.
- Negotiate price and manage orders transfer to other factories (sub-con order).
- Collaborate with the PMC Manager in Factory for Quality, OTD, Utilization materials, Fabric problems, and also inventory control.
What We're Looking For:
- Indonesia, Female.
- Experience in the same position and related field (Garment Industry) for minimum 5 years.
- Experience in handling outsource or subcon order.
- Diploma, or bachelor’s degree (full time) from any Majors.
- English proficiency (speaking & writing).
- Advance skill on operation of PC using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point. Have experience working with FastReact application would be an advantage.
