About Marketing
The Marketing Department is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while strengthening the company’s brand presence in the market. The team develops and executes integrated marketing strategies across various channels, combining creativity with data-driven insights to maximize growth and return on investment.
From planning and executing campaigns to analyzing performance and optimizing user journeys, the department ensures that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and customer needs. It plays a key role in identifying target audiences, refining messaging, and delivering impactful communication that resonates across different touchpoints.
About the role
Support end-to-end marketing initiatives both for use case and any brand tactical campaign, from ideation to execution, to drive brand perception and engagement.
You'll be working on:
- Support development and execution of product campaigns (DANA Games) as well as tactical marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to campaign ideation aligned with business and user needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, business, product, ops) to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis, reporting, and actionable insights.
- Stay updated on gaming trends, user behavior, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech, digital, or gaming industry
- Good interest and understanding of gaming ecosystem and user behavior
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to take ownership of tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
