Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Content Design Coordinator is responsible for leading the creation, execution, and delivery of complex design projects across multiple platforms from print to digital and motion ensuring visual excellence, brand consistency, and strategic alignment with client objectives.

This role combines hands-on design expertise with team leadership and project coordination, acting as the key link between creative vision and execution. The coordinator manages a team of junior designers (3–7), mentors them through the creative process, and collaborates closely with senior designers and managers to deliver high-quality, on-brand visual content.

The scope of the role includes end-to-end project ownership; from concept to final delivery; for medium-complexity campaigns such as multi-platform initiatives (POS, OOH, digital) and advanced motion graphics projects (brand videos, sizzles, animated ads). The position requires a strong balance of creative direction, stakeholder management, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your Impact

  • Oversee and lead the design of complex projects such as large-scale banners, POS, or social media campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers and collaborate with the design manager.
  • Take ownership of a design project from conception to execution.
  • Ensure the overall design aligns with brand guidelines, creative direction and client needs.
  • Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions for new medium complexity projects.
  • Acts as a manager for junior designers, guiding them through projects and offering feedback.
  • Works directly with other senior designers and people managers to align on larger initiatives.

Lead small – medium size teams of junior and young designers (2 to 7)

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (visual arts, interactive design, motion design, animation, web design & development, etc.)
  • Digital Portfolio – it should showcase integrated projects such as campaign adaptations to different touchpoints, social media content, POS materials, digital marketing assets, and motion graphics (video or motion is a plus).
  • 3+ years of agency creative experience in creative, graphic design, motion, animation and video editing.
  • Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments
  • Language proficiency both in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and account teams
  • Expert-level design skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced motion graphic design (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills and experience.
  • Deep understanding of Creative Process
  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and communicate with stakeholders.
