We are seeking a passionate Product Designer to join our team in Indonesia. In this role, you will shape the visual identity and user experience of products across web, Android, and iOS platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and deliver innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience
- Translate business and user requirements into clear design concepts and deliverables
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas
- Develop end-to-end design solutions, from concept through final execution
- Conduct research to understand user needs, market trends, and design opportunities
- Identify and resolve UX issues, continuously improving the overall user experience
- Present and articulate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders at various levels
- Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices
- Design and optimize experiences across web, Android, and iOS platforms
- Test and refine product functionality and usability
- Gather and incorporate user feedback into ongoing product improvements
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work within timelines
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, create visual explorations, and streamline workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features that enhance user value
Requirements
- Strong design fundamentals, including layout, color theory, typography, and user experience principles
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, especially Figma
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Comfortable using collaboration and documentation tools such as Notion
- Up-to-date knowledge of UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and user-focused mindset
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, motion design, or video editing tools
- Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for rapid prototyping
