BENNI. is looking for a Product & Design Assistant to join our growing Melbourne team.
Working closely with our Designer and Production team, you'll gain hands-on experience throughout the entire product lifecycle and help bring each collection to life!

About You:

What you'll be doing:
- Help bring each collection from development through to production
- Create and maintain CADs and Tech Packs
- Attend fit sessions and communicate updates with suppliers
- Measure samples and prepare fit comments
- Track samples, approvals and product timelines
- Maintain our fabric, trim and sample libraries
- Support product costings, quality control and production administration
- Coordinate wholesale and PR samples
- Help keep the team organised throughout each season
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years experience
- A qualification in Fashion Design or a related field
- Knowledge of garment construction and the product development process
- Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets
