Overview
Post-Production Coordinator Jobs in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain at Camping TV
We're looking for a brilliant mind with a warm soul that can help us on our journey.
About Us
We're Camping, a small-but-mighty brand storytelling & video agency based in Barcelona, helping B2B tech companies transform from 'boring' to heartfelt through brand & video storytelling.
As we continue building long-term creative partnerships with flagship B2B SaaS clients, we're looking for a full-time Post-Production Video Project Owner to join the production team.
Have we mentioned we're trialing a 4-day workweek?
We're looking for a full-time Post-Production Coordinator / Video Project Owner to take ownership of post-production delivery from offline edit to final wrap. You'll be the operational backbone of our flagship video campaigns – keeping post-production stages on track, well-coordinated, and delivered on time.
You'll partner closely with the Head of Production and Head of Creative, and act as the day-to-day point of contact for the editorial team, motion designers, external sound studios, post-production vendors, and the client side on delivery timelines and reviews. Your job is to make sure every stage of post-production hands off cleanly, every deliverable lands on deadline, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a junior coordination role. We're looking for someone who has owned post-production delivery end-to-end before and is comfortable making decisions, flagging risks, and pushing things forward with confidence.
Core Responsibilities
Project ownership
- Own the post-production timeline and delivery of assigned video campaigns from offline edit to final wrap
- Coordinate post-production stages across creative and production teams
- Stay close to pre-production handoffs (shoot deliverables, footage organization, brief assumptions) to ensure post stages start with clean inputs
- Run post-production kick-off and wrap meetings, keep project Asana boards live and accurate
- Flag risks early – scope creep, slip risk, vendor blockers – and propose solutions
Post-production leadership
- Coordinate handoffs between editors, motion designers, color, sound, VFX, and localization vendors
- Manage Frame.io review workflows (versioning, comments, client approvals)
- Keep Google Drive project folders and asset libraries organized and searchable
- Oversee localization, dubbing, copyright/licensing checks, and final delivery packaging
Stakeholder coordination
- Act as day-to-day point of contact for clients on post-production delivery timelines and reviews
- Coordinate with the creative team on motion graphics, sound design, and VFX timelines as part of the post-production flow
- Liaise with external sound studios, freelance editors, motion designers, and post-production vendors
- Communicate clear timelines and lead times proactively to clients and internal teams
- Run feedback rounds – internal review, client review, revisions – with clean documentation
Process & quality
- Enforce naming, versioning, and folder conventions across projects
- Document and continuously improve post-production workflows in Notion
- Support onboarding of new freelancers into our workflow
- Keep the project archive clean and the asset library actually useful
What We're Looking For
Required experience & skills
- 3+ years in post-production coordination/management (producer, post producer, or post-production coordinator background)
- Direct hands-on experience with post-production workflows: editorial, color, sound, motion, VFX, localization, multi-language delivery
- Strong project management skills – comfortable running multiple post-production tracks in parallel without dropping balls
- Excellent stakeholder communication – confident with clients, vendors, and creative team
- Fluent English (C1+); Spanish is a strong plus given our Barcelona-based vendors and team
- Tool fluency: Asana (or similar), Frame.io, Google Drive, Notion, Slack
- Based in Barcelona – hybrid (office 2 days/week, more during onboarding)
The perfect fit will also have
- Experience working with B2B SaaS / tech clients
- Comfort coordinating freelancers and external sound studios / post-production vendors
- Knowledge of copyright and licensing requirements for video content
- Interest in process improvement and workflow optimization
- A calm head under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Bonus: confident driver
Working model
- As of 2025, our full-time has been trialing a 4-day workweek with most Fridays off.
- Most of us work remotely and gather at our Barcelona office 2 days a week to collaborate and connect
- For this role, you will need to be present more often especially during the initial training period
- Working hours are flexible – we trust you to manage your schedule around project needs and team commitments
Diversity & Inclusion
At Camping, we believe that diverse teams drive creativity, innovation, and success. We are committed to building an inclusive culture where all individuals, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, ability, age, religion, or background, feel valued, heard, and empowered to thrive. We celebrate diverse perspectives and actively work to ensure equal opportunity for all applicants and team members.
What We Offer
- Immediate incorporation
- €34k-€38k gross yearly salary (depending on experience).
- 4-day work week in trials (Since January 2025, hoping to keep it if trials are successful)
- Flexible working arrangements
- Key role in shaping the future of a growing creative agency
- Opportunity to work with innovative B2B tech companies in Europe
- Balanced work culture with in-person team events
