Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming presentation and document requests; create, edit, and enhance materials based on provided briefs and specifications
- Design visually engaging presentations, memos, and templates using advanced graphic and formatting techniques
- Translate complex ideas and data into clear narratives supported by impactful visuals and infographics
- Ensure consistency and adherence to established brand guidelines across all outputs
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve design quality and processes
- Utilize modern design tools, including AI-powered solutions, to enhance efficiency and creativity

Additional Information
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Diploma or certification in Graphic Design preferred)
- 2–4 years of professional experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and infographic creation (especially for data-driven content)
- Ability to synthesize information and convert it into structured, compelling visual narratives
- Experience using AI tools for design and content generation is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work across diverse styles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience designing data-heavy presentations and reports
