Position: Playwright/Screenwriter/Dialogue Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $38/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: Flexible schedule
Role Responsibilities
- Inhabit characters in simulated role-play scenarios. Evaluate whether AI-generated dialogue and behavior reflect authentic, high-EQ decision-making.
- Assess AI model responses across 7 Theory of Mind dimensions: Intentions, Emotions, Desires, Percepts, Knowledge, Beliefs, and Non-literal Communication.
- Compare two AI model outputs and select the preferred response. Provide a written rationale (~50 words per dimension).
- Evaluate the quality of Social Signaling. Determine if character actions serve as meaningful external manifestations of psychological states.
- Identify subtext, sarcasm, irony, and cultural nuance in dialogue. Focus on Eastern vs. Western interpersonal dynamics.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Professional experience as a playwright, screenwriter, narrative designer, or dialogue writer.
- Strong ability to inhabit a character and evaluate strategic interpersonal decisions.
- High sensitivity to subtext, non-literal communication, and emotional authenticity in dialogue.
- Familiarity with Eastern and Western cultural communication styles.
