We are a UK-based property investment brokerage and performance marketing team, generating high-converting advertising campaigns for landlords across the United Kingdom.

You will be joining a fast-growing marketing team responsible for producing high-volume, high-performing creative across Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
The Role
We are looking for a Video Editor based in Vietnam to join our creative team and take ownership of editing short-form video ads at scale.
This is a direct response role, meaning your edits will be judged on performance — clicks, leads, and conversions — not cinematic quality.
You will work closely with our marketing team to produce, test, and iterate creatives quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-converting short-form video ads for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok
- Craft strong hooks within the first 3 seconds to stop the scroll
- Add captions, motion graphics, and visual elements that improve retention
- Produce multiple variations of creatives for A/B testing
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback
- Maintain fast turnaround times (speed is critical in this role)
Requirements
- Proven experience editing direct response / performance marketing content
- Strong understanding of social media ad formats (Meta / TikTok)
- Ability to follow structured feedback and improve quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Fluent written English
Bonus Experience
- Experience in property, finance, or lead generation niches
- UGC-style ad editing
- Understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, CPL, conversions)
