About the Role
We are looking for a visually driven, detail-oriented Photographer / Videographer who enjoys capturing real people, real spaces, and real stories.
This is not just about taking aesthetic shots.
It’s about being a visual storyteller, someone who can translate атмосфера, эмоции, and authenticity into content that people trust.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shooting photo and video content in London (properties, people, short interviews, events)
- Capturing authentic, not overly staged visuals
- Filming short-form content for social media (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
- Working closely with the RR team to bring content ideas to life
- Editing basic content (or preparing it for editing)
- Helping shape the visual identity of the brand
Who We’re Looking For
- Student or early-career creative looking to build portfolio
- Interest in storytelling, content creation, and visual branding
- Someone who enjoys working with people and making them feel comfortable on camera
- Basic skills in photography and/or videography (camera or phone — both valid)
- Understanding of social media formats and trends
- Reliable, proactive, and able to move fast when needed

Important to Know
This is an unpaid, experience-focused role
Shoots will be in London, so availability for occasional travel is required
