U|A (UnAverage) is our sister brand — a 360-degree marketing agency for D2C brands. We handle everything from performance marketing and influencer campaigns to brand strategy, content, and offline activations for direct-to-consumer businesses looking to grow fast.

About the Role

We're looking for a Brand Manager who owns the entire brand presence for both WhizCo and U|A — from our website and creds deck to our social media and the personal LinkedIn brands of our three founders. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who thinks in narratives, obsesses over aesthetics, and knows that a great case study is a sales tool.

3–5 years of experience in brand management, content strategy, or marketing communications

• Proven ability to write in multiple voices — seamlessly switching from a founder’s personal LinkedIn tone to a corporate case study within the same day

• Demonstrated success in building or managing a brand’s social media presence with measurable growth — driven by data, not vanity metrics

• Experience in creating credentials decks or pitch decks that have successfully won business — with a clear understanding of persuasive storytelling

• Strong expertise in writing case studies used as sales collateral — with a clear distinction between vanity narratives and conversion-driven content

• Solid understanding of B2B marketing, with the ability to write effectively for a CMO audience and address their priorities

• Prior experience working within or alongside an agency environment — with an understanding of creative campaign dynamics

• Writing style that is clear, precise, and free from jargon — avoiding overused phrases like “leverage synergies” or “holistic solutions”

Must Have

•    LinkedIn content strategy and ghostwriting

•    Creds deck and sales collateral writing

•    Case study writing (problem-approach-results format)

•    Social media content planning and copywriting

•    Website content management (WordPress or Webflow)

•    Basic Canva or Figma — enough to brief a designer precisel
