- Edit and process photography using Lightroom and Photoshop; commercial-grade retouching skills are a plus
- Plan and execute lighting setups for both photography and video, including studio and on-location environments

- Travel to capture photo and video content at Citizens locations, events, and customer stories
- Organize and manage photo/video assets to support efficient workflows and archiving
- Collaborate closely with internal creative teams and business partners to ensure content meets brand standards and storytelling objectives
Position Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in photography and video production, including a strong photography and video reel portfolio
- Demonstrated experience shooting corporate portraiture, architectural spaces, and event photography
- Strong understanding of lighting for both photography and video, including studio and on-location setups
- Experience shooting with professional DSLR or mirrorless camera systems (Canon and Sony)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop
- Working knowledge of After Effects for light animation work and familiarity with Adobe InDesign
- A grounded, professional understanding of video production workflows, audio capture, and basic color correction
- Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining high creative and technical standards

- Experience producing corporate or branded content within an agency or in-house creative team preferred
- Familiarity with gimbals, professional audio recording equipment, and motion graphics workflows preferred
- Experience with digital asset management platforms, including Frame.io, Dropbox, or Capture One preferred
- Experience supporting larger commercial or documentary-style productions preferred
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Media Production, Photography, Communications, or other related field
