Personal Brand Assistant — Venice, CA
20 Hours/Week | Flexible Schedule | $40/Hour
Erik (Founder) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Brand Assistant (see: creative and motivated friend who wants to get into the golf / content industry working directly with him). Main needs: help supporting travel, partner + production logistics, creative planning, home items, and team meetings / executive organization.
Location Requirement
Candidates must live within approximately 20 minutes of Venice, CA and be able to arrive on-site within 20 minutes when needed. Due to the nature of the role, this is key.
Qualifications
2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable handling both administrative and hands-on tasks
Must successfully complete a background check
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting entrepreneurs, executives, athletes, or private households
Interest in events, content creation, sports, or golf
Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and household operations
Compensation
$40 per hour
Approximately 20 hours per week
Flexible schedule with occasional availability for time-sensitive needs
